Children's Land on Greenwood in Glenview Seeking Infant Lead Teacher

Children's Land on Greenwood, a premier early childhood education center located in Glenview, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Infant Lead Teacher to join our nurturing team. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of infants in a supportive and enriching environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement daily infant curriculum and activities that support developmental milestones.

• Provide a nurturing and safe atmosphere to foster infants' emotional, physical, and cognitive growth.

• Engage with infants through interactive play, language development exercises, and sensory activities.

• Maintain open and effective communication with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on their child's progress and daily activities.

• Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe learning environment.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an Infant Teacher or in a similar role in early childhood education.

• Strong understanding of child development stages, especially for infants.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
